I started as an Office Administrator, where I helped our associates stay on track with their paperwork and compliance so they could close their transactions smoothly. Over time, I transitioned into the Agent Concierge role, where I now focus on guiding associates through the many programs, tools, and resources we offer—everything they need to grow a strong, successful business.
